No matter how many times the Light Beings suggest that we do the exercises of THOTH to support us at this time of changing energies on Earth, many people are still resistant to this discipline. This may be understood in a similar way to which we resist going on a supportive diet, or doing regular exercise.
Nevertheless, the impact of the Solar Flare energy will be felt by all and sundry at this time. It will be noticeable from the perspective of inexplicable tiredness, dizziness, disorientation, and disturbed sleep. Irritability is also high on the list of Solar Flare symptoms.
Aside from exacerbating underlying issues, high frequency energy such as is provided to Earth and humanity by means of the bombardment of highly charged particles of light from Solar Flares, may be utilised to great effect. Having said that, it is imperative that any issues which are highlighted at times such as this, are noted, acknowledged, felt in their intensity, and then released. This ensures they are not suppressed to further disturb us at a later, and most likely even more inconvenient, time.
We gain the benefits of the higher frequencies of Light from the Sun by laying ourselves on the ground and bringing the energy into our feet and running it up to our heads, as described by THOTH in the excerpt from his classically known text, “The Emerald Tablets of THOTH the Atlantean,” translated by Dr Doreal. With this we re-align ourselves to the magnetic fields of the Earth, and are best positioned to utilise the prevailing energies. It is vitally important to ensure that we place our heads to magnetic North and then South in order to benefit from the energy exercise. When doing this on a daily basis, we re-align our bodies with the changing energies of the Earth, and prevent the disturbance that is created by the changing magnetic fields.
